At Porsamo Bleu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece or jewelry purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original Porsamo Bleu packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films in an unused condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
